Cranberry Horseradish Cream Dip for Turkey

This is great for dipping turkey in for an appetizer. The turkey should be cut into pieces up to one inch cubed. One can serve the turkey cold or hot, breaded or unbreaded, grilled or fried. Whatever way you like it.

The dip is made to your own tastes. Start with the following, and add more of these four ingredients you like:

One can of cranberry (I think the jellied mixes nicer)

An equal amount of sour cream

An equal amount of whipped cream cheese (optional)

Horseradish to taste (mild/hot) starting with a tablespoon at least.

Mix well. Then, the longer it sits, the more the flavors mesh.

This is a great spread on sandwiches too.
