Crockpot Venison Sloppy Joe’s

2 pounds of Venison Stew Meat

1/4 pound of smoked bacon.

I good size yellow onion. Chopped.

1-2 teaspoon of ground Cumin.

1/4 cup wine vinegar

1/2 cup of C&H brown sugar.

1Teaspoon of chili powder.

1 cup of Catchup.

2 heaping tablespoons of minced fresh garlic.

Few healthypinches of Salt n Pepper.

Preparation.

Fry up the bacon in a non stick skillet using no oil or butter, just the bacon. When the bacon is done to your personal liking, crumble or chop it. Take bacon out of the pan and set it aside.

Using the same pan, brown the venison in the bacon grease. Yum Yum.

Place your onion, sugar, chili powder, cumin, garlic, catsup, vinegar, salt n pepper in the crock pot and mix together. Then ad your bacon and venison and stir well, mixing it altogether.

Cook for at least 8 hours on a low setting. Make sure the top of the crock pot has a good seal.

Once your 8 hours is up, use a large serving fork to break up the tender juicy venison.

Serve on kaiser buns with shredded cheese for tasty venison sloppy Joes.

This could also be served over rice as well.

Enjoy.
